8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Full Day of Conference Sessions & Exhibit Hall with Child Restraint Manufacturers (includes breakfast, lunch, and refreshment breaks)

Thursday, May 8, 2025

8 a.m. - 12 p.m. Half Day of Conference Sessions & Exhibit Hall with Child Restraint Manufacturers (includes breakfast and refreshment break)

Registration is anticipated to open in December 2024 on Eventbrite. This conference is only open to Child Passenger Safety Technicians & Instructors whose certification is in good standing.

Anticipated registration fees (subject to change):

$50 for Instructor-Only Pre-Conference Sessions

$250 for Regular Conference Registration

A complimentary 2-night stay is available for all New York State CPS Technicians/Instructors in good standing (+1 additional night for instructors registered for and attending the pre-conference). Technicians MUST have paid registration fees and attend the conference to be eligible for the complimentary lodging, or be subject to paying hotel costs out of pocket (this includes late cancellations and no-shows). Lodging will open at the same time as conference registration and choice of hotel will be on a first-come, first-served basis. If a technician reserves a hotel room without registering for the conference, the room reservation will be cancelled and opened back up to registered conference attendees. Please note that room rates will only be covered for reservations made through the central reservation system (link will be provided once registration opens). Reservations made through any other method will be the responsibility of the technician.
